Giuditta is an Italian and European patent attorney.

She studied chemistry at Milan University graduating with a diploma (major in organic chemistry) before earning a master degree in chemical-organic synthesis. She then worked in a laboratory for metabolic diseases and in a laboratory for clinical chemistry in a main hospital in Milan.

In 2001 Giuditta started working in Milan at an Italian patent law company.

She then moved to Munich where she worked in a number of patent and law companies before joining Kador and Partner. Giuditta’s area of expertise includes preparing freedom to operate opinion, validity analysis, drafting applications, and dealing with examination, opposition and appeal procedures before the EPO. Her fields of expertise are chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and polymers.

Giuditta speaks Italian as mother tongue and is fluent in English. Besides she has a basic knowledge of German. In the free time, she loves swimming and theater.
