AIPPI World Congress 2026 in Hamburg
In October 2026, we were delighted to attend the AIPPI World Congress, which this year took place in our home country. The partners and all attorneys at Kador & Partner traveled to Hamburg, where we attended the congress. It was, once again, a great opportunity for us to engage with other IP practitioners, meet old friends and establish new contacts. During the congress we invited colleagues and clients from across the globe to our reception at the Alsterpavillon. Under the motto “Alster (De)Lights – An Evening of Intellectual Connections,” the event was hosted in the truly unique setting of Hamburg’s Inner Alster. It was a truly memorable evening, and we would like to thank everyone who contributed to its success and made the effort to join us that night. Last but not least, we are proud that Kador & Partner was among the sponsors of the AIPPI Cultural Event at the Elbphilharmonie Concert Hall as well as the Closing Dinner. We are happy to share a few photos with you below.

KADOR & PARTNER – Over 50 Years in Intellectual Property
In 2024, Kador & Partner proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of dedication to intellectual property law and client service.
Founded by Dr. Utz Kador in 1974, our firm has spent the past fifty years assisting clients worldwide in matters relating to German, European, and international intellectual property rights. Reaching this important milestone gave us the opportunity to reflect on our journey and to express our sincere gratitude to our valued clients, colleagues, employees, and friends. Their trust, loyalty, and support have been instrumental in our success over the years.
This anniversary represented not only a celebration of our history but also a recognition of the many relationships and collaborative efforts that have shaped Kador & Partner since its establishment. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed to our development and growth throughout the past five decades.
While celebrating our achievements, we also looked to the future with confidence and enthusiasm. We remain committed to delivering outstanding service and adapting to the evolving needs of our clients in the years ahead.
Anniversary Celebration – July 2024
As part of our anniversary year, we hosted a special 50th-anniversary celebration in July 2024 at the magnificent Nymphenburg Castle in Munich. It was a memorable evening that brought together members of our team, professional colleagues, clients, and friends of Kador & Partner to commemorate this significant milestone.
